Được miễn trách nhiệm trong trường hợp hệ thống xử lý, hệ thống truyền tin … bị trục trặc, lỗi do bên thứ ba cung ứng dịch vụ hoặc vì bất cứ lý do gì ngoài khả năng kiếm soát của Techcombank hoặc trong trường hợp để bảo đảm an toàn và hạn chế rủi ro cho Khách hàng, Techcombank không thực hiện hoặc chậm trễ trong việc thực hiện các thỏa thuận tại Hợp đồng này và/hoặc các Hợp đồng cụ thể.
