Nếu hai bên không tự giải quyết được, việc tranh chấp sẽ được phân xử tại Tòa án Kinh tế Tp.Hcm. Quyết định của tòa án là cuối cùng mà các bên phải thi hành. Phí Tòa án sẽ do bên có lỗi chịu trách nhiệm thanh toán.
Hợp đồng này được lập thành 04 bản, mỗi bên giữ 02 bản có giá trị như nhau
