25.1. Ngôn ngữ Hợp đồng BOT; Bản gốc
25.1.1. Hợp đồng BOT này (bao gồm các Phụ lục kèm theo) và bất kỳ sửa đổi nào đối với Hợp đồng BOT này sẽ được lập bằng tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh có giá trị pháp lý như nhau. Trong trường hợp có mẫu thuẫn giữa bản tiếng Việt và bản tiếng Anh thì bản tiếng Việt sẽ được ưu tiên áp dụng khi giải thích Hợp đồng BOT này.
