Việc khảo sát đối với sinh viên được thực hiện theo kế hoạch hàng năm, mỗi kỳ một lần, việc khảo sát được thực hiện bằng hình thức phát phiếu khảo sát, việc khảo sát được tiến hành với tất cả sinh viên (1200 sinh viên) và tất cả các môn học. Những nội dung và kết quả khảo sát cho thấy 79 % sinh viên có những đánh giá tốt về các môn học và chương trình học. Về mục tiêu, cấu trúc và nội dung của chương trình đào tạo, có trên 80% sinh viên cho rằng ngành học, nội dung môn học có mục tiêu khá rõ ràng, phù hợp với yêu cầu của thị trường lao động; cấu trúc chương trình qui định rõ các khối kiến thức, có sự cân đối giữa nội dung chuyên ngành, kiến thức chung và các kỹ năng; cân đối giữa lý thuyết và thực hành. Trong quá trình tham gia chương trình đào tạo, trên 80% sinh viên hài lòng khi luôn được cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin về chương trình, về đề cương môn học, trên 70% hài lòng về qui trình và phương pháp kiểm tra đánh giá về độ khách quan của kết quả kiểm tra đánh giá.
