The process of migration is derived from the ancient times when people move from one place to another. Pass through thousands of years of development, people were not only seeking the source of natural resources for their needs, but they also were looking for a life with high quality of life, social security and education. Today, there are many people who live far from their homeland. Environmental problems, poverty, conflicts and riots, corruption and the gap between the rich and poor are all factors causing migration. According to the United Nations (2013), more than 3% of the world population are international migrants. Moreover, migrants have significant influence, not only in society but also the economy of both countries abandoned and the country they are moving to. Although, migration can lead to brain drain and income inequality, but migrating from developed countries to developing countries should not stop because it provides considerable labor to labor shortages in the developing countries, as well as poverty reduction in the developing countries.
