Party B đặt cọc cho Bên A lần một với số tiền: 15.000.000 (Mười lăm triệu đồng).
Số tiền còn lại (bao gồm tiền thức uống và chi phí phát sinh – nếu có) Bên B sẽ thanh toán cho bên A trong thời gian 3-5 ngày sau khi kết thúc tiệc theo thông tin của hóa đơn GTGT.
Phương thức thanh toán bằng chuyển khoản.

- Còn lại: 50% giá trị hợp đồng sẽ được thanh toán trong vòng 14 ngày kể từ ngày hoàn tất giao hàng.
5. Chứng từ thanh toán :
- Đơn đặt hàng có xác nhận của Chỉ huy trưởng công trường của bên A (copy).
- Biên bản giao nhận hàng hóa có xác nhận của hai bên cho từng đợt giao hàng.
- Hóa đơn tài chính do bên B phát hành cho bên A có xác nhận của Chỉ huy trưởng công trường của bên A.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
