Theo đó Apple đã tiêu thụ được hơn 10 triệu chiếc iPhone 6 và iPhone 6 Plus. Đây là một con số khá bất ngờ khi mà trước đó các nhà phân tích dự đoán Apple sẽ chỉ bán được khoảng 6,5 triệu máy. Sở dĩ các nhà phân tích đưa ra dự đoán này vì sau khi Apple trình làng bộ đôi iPhone mới, khá nhiều sự chỉ trích đã nhằm vào Apple khi iPhone 6 và 6 Plus không có thiết kế đẹp và có nhiều sự đột phá như mong đợi.
