Trường hợp Tòa án hoặc VIAC ban hàn

Trường hợp Tòa án hoặc VIAC ban hành Bản án hoặc Phán quyết theo hướng có lợi cho Công ty TNHH Cơ điện ION thì Công ty phải thanh toán cho LNT một khoản phí là 10% (mười phần trăm) trên tổng giá trị tài sản tranh chấp, trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ ngày Bản án hoặc Phán quyết có hiệu lực pháp luật

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
