Điều 9: Cam đoan của các Bên
1. Bên A cam đoan:
a. Những thông tin về nhân thân, tài sản đã ghi trong Hợp đồng này là đúng sự thật;
b. Tài sản góp vốn thuộc quyền sở hữu hợp pháp của Bên A, không có tranh chấp và chưa sử dụng để thực hiện cho việc đảm bảo thực hiện bất cứ nghĩa vụ nào;
c. Tài sản góp vốn không bị cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền xử lý theo quy định pháp luật;
d. Việc giao kết hợp đồng này hoàn toàn tự nguyện, không bị lừa dối hoặc ép buộc;
e. Thực hiện đúng và đầy đủ tất cả các thoả thuận đã ghi trong Hợp đồng này.
2. Bên B cam đoan:
a. Những thông tin đã ghi trong Hợp đồng này là đúng sự thật;
b. Đã xem xét kỹ, biết rõ về tài sản góp vốn nêu trên và các giấy tờ về quyền sử dụng, quyền sở hữu tài sản góp vốn của Bên A;
c. Việc giao kết hợp đồng này hoàn toàn tự nguyện, không bị lừa dối hoặc ép buộc;
d. Thực hiện đúng và đầy đủ tất cả các thoả thuận đã ghi trong Hợp đồng này;

Article 9: the guarantee of the party1. Party A guarantee:a. Article 9: Undertaking of the Parties
1. To undertake:
a. The personal information and assets stated in this Agreement are true;
b. Contributed assets legally owned by Party A, is not disputed and is not used to make to ensure the implementation of any obligations;
c. Contributed assets are not state agencies competent to handle according to law;
d. The conclusion of this contract entirely voluntary, not coerced or deceived;
e. Properly and fully implement all the agreements stated in this Agreement.
2. Party B commits to:
a. The information stated in this Agreement are true;
b. Were scrutinized, know about the above contributed assets and the documentation of use, ownership of the assets contributed by Party A;
c. The conclusion of this contract entirely voluntary, not coerced or deceived;
d. Properly and fully implement all the agreements stated in this Agreement;
