HD BSR-QAC-WI-007 được ban hành khi

HD BSR-QAC-WI-007 được ban hành khi xây dựng ISO/IEC 17025 cho PTN, lúc đó Công ty chưa có quy trình BSR-000-005. Sau khi có QT cấp Công ty ra đời thì Phòng cũng đã xem xét việc hủy tài liệu này nhưng thấy có một số nội dung như ở mục 5.1 có kể ra các loại hồ sơ.
