b- Đối với các doanh nghiệp tư nhân

b- Đối với các doanh nghiệp tư nhân, công ty hợp danh, thời hạn gửi báo cáo tài chính năm chậm nhất là 30 ngày kể từ ngày kết thúc năm tài chính.
c- Đối với các công ty TNHH, công ty cổ phần, doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài và các loại hình hợp tác xã, thời hạn gửi báo cáo tài chính năm chậm nhất là 90 ngày kể từ ngày kết thúc năm tài chính.
1.3- Đối với các doanh nghiệp có năm tài chính kết thúc không vào ngày 31/12 hàng năm thì phải gửi báo cáo tài chính quý kết thúc vào ngày 31/12 và có số luỹ kế từ đầu năm tài chính đến hết ngày 31/12.
