Thế giới hiện nay đang ở trong thời kì biến đổi cực kì nhanh chóng đi cùng sự phát triển mang tính xu thế tất yếu của kinh tế thị trường và sự phát triển bùng nổ của khoa học, kỹ thuật và công nghệ, đặc biệt là công nghệ truyền thông, đòi hỏi phải luôn có sự đổi mới tư duy giáo dục kịp thời. Trong xu thế toàn cầu hóa và hội nhập ngày càng triệt để thì bất cứ ai hay dân tộc nào không muốn hay không kịp đổi mới tư duy, không muốn tham gia vào xu thế chung sẽ nhanh chóng tụt hậu. Thích nghi và sáng tạo là hai phẩm chất quan trọng của con người trong thời đại ngày nay và giáo dục phải giúp cho con người hình thành và phát huy các phẩm chất ấy. Hiện nay việc giáo dục, đặc biệt là giáo dục ở bậc đại học đang là vấn đề được quan tâm sâu sắc, không chỉ bởi riêng chuyên gia trong ngành mà đối với cả những sinh viên đang trực tiếp học tập tại trường. Ở Việt Nam, chất lượng đào tạo giáo dục từ lâu đã trở thành vấn đề bức xúc đang được xã hội quan tâm nhắc đến. Trong những năm gần đây ngành giáo dục hiện đang có nhiều thay đổi nhằm nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo, tránh những tiêu cực trong ngành tuy nhiên để thay đổi hoàn toàn được thực tế thì vẫn còn cần một thời gian dài hơn nữa. Đặc biệt đối với cấp đại học vì đây là nơi đào tạo ra lực lượng lao động có tay nghề, kỹ thuật, khoa học đáp ứng về nhu cầu lao động trong xã hội. Trường Đại học Công Nghiệp TP. HCM là một trong những trường trọng điểm của Việt Nam, hằng năm đào tạo ra nhiều những cử nhân, kỹ sư có chất lượng. Đặc biệt năm 2007, theo quy định của Bộ Giáo dục và đào tạo chuyển từ đào tạo niên chế sang hình thức mới đào tạo theo tín chỉ. Tuy mang nhiều ưu điểm nhưng cũng vẫn có những mặt bất lợi của phương pháp này. Trong những năm vừa qua trường đã có nhiều biện pháp quản lý, cải tiến việc dạy học để phù hợp với hình thức đào tạo mới hơn. Để đánh giá xem những phương pháp này đã có hiệu quả như thế nào, chúng tôi quyết định làm một đề tài nghiên cứu lấy đối tượng là chính những sinh viên đại học hệ chính quy khoa Quản trị kinh doanh. Qua đó cũng có thể thấy được phần nào những điểm còn tồn tại trong phương pháp giáo dục hiện nay của trường từ đó đề xuất những giải pháp để cải thiện kịp thời. Đề tài của chúng tôi là “Nghiên cứu sự hài lòng của sinh viên đại học hệ chính quy khoa Quản trị kinh doanh về chất lượng đào tạo tại trường Đại học Công Nghiệp TP. HCM".

Currently the education, especially education in the University is the problem is deeply concerned, not only by private experts in the industry that for both students who are studying in the school directly. In Vietnam, training quality in education has long become the pressing issues of social concern is being referred to. In recent years, the education sector there are many changes to improve training quality, avoid the negativity in the industry however to change completely the reality still need a long time more. Especially for the University level because this is where the train out skilled workforce, engineering, science meet labor needs in society. Industrial University HCMC is one of the key fields of Vietnam, annually producing more the Bachelor, a quality engineer. Specifically in 2007, according to the regulations of the Ministry of education and training annual training mode to switch from the new forms of training according to the credits.
