a) Gửi văn bản tới các đơn vị liên quan và đăng thông tin trên trang Web chính thức của thị trường điện đối với thông báo suy giảm an ninh cung cấp điện theo kế hoạch vận hành hệ thống điện năm, tháng;
b) Gửi văn bản, ra lệnh điều độ theo cấp điều độ và đăng thông tin trên trang Web chính thức của thị trường điện đối với thông báo suy giảm an ninh cung cấp điện theo kế hoạch vận hành hệ thống điện tuần, ngày.
