B. Xem xét yêu cầu đào tạo.
- Phòng HCNS Đào Tạo tiến hành xem xét Phiếu Yêu Cầu Đào Tạo từ các Phòng/Ban.
1. Theo định kỳ:
- Phòng Đào Tạo cho biết ý kiến của mình đối với yêu cầu đào tạo từ các Phòng/Ban theo mẫu DASS-P02-PNS-F02 và gửi lại cho Phòng/Ban này trong vòng 07 ngày (Phòng HCNS Đào Tạo giữ lại một bảng copy). Nếu yêu cầu đào tạo là thích đáng, Phòng HCNS Đào Tạo tiến hành các công việc tiếp theo được mô tả từ Mục C.
2. Theo nhu cầu đào tạo đột xuất:
- Trưởng Phòng Đào Tạo cho biết ý kiến của mình (về nguồn đào tạo, thời gian …) đối với yêu cầu đào tạo từ các đơn vị theo mẫu DASS-P02-PNS-F02 và gửi lại cho đơn vị này trong vòng 03 ngày (Phòng HCNS Đào Tạo giữ lại một bảng copy). Nếu yêu cầu đào tạo là cần thiết, Phòng HCNS Đào tạo tiến hành các công việc tiếp theo được mô tả từ Mục D.
C. Lập kế hoạch đào tạo.
- Sau khi xem xét Yêu cầu đào tạo từ các đơn vị, Trưởng Phòng Đào Tạo tiến hành Lập Kế Hoạch Đào Tạo (DASS-P02-PNS-F01) trình GĐNSTQ và TGĐ.
1. Nếu không đồng ý: GĐNSTQ chỉ đạo trực tiếp đến Trưởng Phòng Đào Tạo để thảo luận đi đến thống nhất.
2. Nếu đồng ý: GĐNSTQ và TGĐ phê duyệt.
- Trưởng Phòng Đào Tạo thông báo Kế hoạch đào tạo năm/quý/tháng được duyệt cho các Phòng/Ban.

1. Otherwise agree: GĐNSTQ steer directly to Director to discuss explicitly.
2. If agree: GĐNSTQ and CEO approval.

B. Consider training requirements.
- Training Division conducted HCNS examines the training requirements of the Department / Board.
1. Periodically:
- Training Department for its opinion on the training requirements of the Department / Board Dass form-F02-P02-PNS and sent back to the room / board within 07 days (HCNS Training Room Create retain a copy tables). If the request is proper training, Training Division conducts HCNS next task described in Section C.
2. According to irregular demand training:
- Training Manager said his comments (about the training, time ...) for training requirements from the unit in the form Dass-P02-PNS-F02 and send Back to the unit within 03 days (Training hesitate to retain a copy of the table). If training requirements are needed, HCNS Training Division conduct subsequent work described in Section D.
C. Scheduling training.
- After reviewing the training requirements of the unit, proceed Manager Training Planning Training (PNS-Dass-P02-F01) and the CEO GDNSTQ.
1. If you disagree: GDNSTQ direction to the Training Manager to reach a consensus discussion.
2. If you agree: GDNSTQ and CEO approval.
- Head of Training Department Training Plan notify year / quarter / month approved for the Department / Board.
