Hai bên thừa nhận rằng luật áp dụng của hợp đồng này là luật Việt nam. Hợp đồng này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký, được lập thành hai (02) bản bằng tiếng Việt có hiệu lực như nhau, mỗi bên giữ một (01) bản.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Both sides acknowledge that the applicable law of this contract is the law of Vietnam. This agreement is effective from the date of signing, established two (2) copies by Vietnamese to effect the same, each party holds one copy.

Both sides acknowledge that the applicable law is the law of this contract in Vietnam. The contract takes effect from the date of signing, is made in two (02) copies in Vietnamese of the same effect, each party retaining one (01).
