2.1. Hai Bên cam kết không tiết lộ bất kỳ thông tin mật nào trong quá trình thực thi Hợp đồng này, thậm chí ngay cả khi Hợp đồng kết thúc. Theo Hợp đồng này, thông tin mật là bất kỳ thông tin có giá trị nào liên quan đến hai bên và các đối tác tham gia hợp tác bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở các thông tin, thông số kỹ thuật, thông tin thương mại và/hoặc thông tin tài chính, các bí mật kinh doanh, các kế hoạch, đặc tả, thông tin khách hàng và phí dịch vụ mà một bên có thể biết hoặc có trước hoặc trong thời gian thực thi Hợp đồng.
