doanh nghiệp còn nợ tiền thuế, tiền chậm nộp tiền thuế quá 90 ngày (bao gồm cả các khoản nợ thuế mà doanh nghiệp có trách nhiệm nộp thay cho nhà thầu nước ngoài) thì sẽ bị áp dụng các biện pháp cưỡng chế để thu hồi các khoản tiền thuế nợ vào ngân sách nhà nước.
