Bên B thực hiện hợp đồng thi công xây dựng tất cả các hạng mục theo hồ sơ thiết kế
(không bao gồm phần thi công đóng cọc) của 05 móng trụ turbine số: 16-17-18-19-20
thuộc dự án Nhà máy điện gió tỉnh Bạc Liêu giai đoạn 2 theo bản vẽ thiết kế, chỉ dẫn kỹ thuật
được mô tả trong hồ sơ của Chủ đầu tư, đảm bảo chất lượng, tiến độ, giá cả, an toàn và các
thoả thuận khác trong hợp đồng. Mỗi lần thực hiện 02 móng.
Nếu bên B có yêu cầu, bên A sẽ cho bên B thuê phương tiện, thiết bị phục vụ thi công
theo đơn giá thỏa thuận (có bản liệt kê thiết bị và đơn giá đính kèm)
