Nếu Ban xử lý tranh chấp đã đưa ra quyết định của mình về một vấn đề tranh chấp cho hai Bên, và không có thông báo việc chưa thoả mãn do các bên đưa ra trong vòng 28 ngày sau khi nhận được quyết định của Ban xử lý tranh chấp, thì quyết định sẽ là cuối cùng và ràng buộc cả hai Bên

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If the dispute has given its decision on a matter of dispute for both parties, and no notice of the not yet satisfy due to the party giving out within 28 days after receiving the decision of the Board handle the dispute, then the decision will be final and binding on both parties

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If the dispute settlement committee has given its decision on a disputed issue for both parties, and without notice to the parties is not satisfied by the offer within 28 days after receiving the decision of the treatment dispute, the decision will be final and binding on both parties
