Sau khi đã báo cáo với BOD về tiến độ khai trương của CGV tại VC Cần Thơ 2, chúng tôi rất tiếc không thể đồng ý với đề xuất của CGV. Thông tin về kế hoạch khai trương rạp vào năm 2016 là thông tin chúng tôi mới nhận được sau này chứ không phải kế hoạch chúng tôi nhận được vào thời điểm hai bên chốt thuê dự án.

Chúng tôi chấp thuận cho CGV đủ 180 ngày để thi công kể từ ngày nhận BGMB từ Vincom. Do đó, chúng tôi sẽ lấy ngày nhận BGMB chính thức là ngày 12/6 (đây là ngày công trường đã sẵn sàng để BGMB) + 180 ngày thi công, tức rạp Cinema CGV sẽ khai trương vào 9/12/2015. Việc CGV không sẵn sàng đến nhận BGMB là việc nội bộ của CGV, và Vincom sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm cho số ngày chậm trễ này.

Việc CGV đồng ý thuê dự án này tức CGV phải có kế hoạch cho dự án khai trương vào năm 2015 chứ không thể cho vào kế hoạch khai trương 2016 vì còn liên quan đến cam kết khai trương và các điều kiện phạt khai trương muộn theo thỏa thuận. CGV là đơn vị thuê uy tín từ trước đến nay và chúng tôi mong nhận được sự thiện chí hợp tác để đảm bảo đúng cam kết giữa 2 bên.
