Công ty CP Địa Ốc Trung Nam Đà Lạt (Trungnam Dalat Land) là thành viên của Trungnam Group, hiện đang triển khai dự án Công viên văn hóa và đô thị Đà Lạt - Golf Valley với tổng mức đầu tư 150 triệu USD. Golf Valley có quy mô gần 20 ha, được quy hoạch là khu đô thị kiểu mẫu đẳng cấp quốc tế đầu tiên của Tp.Đà Lạt. Tại đây, cảnh quan thiên nhiên được gìn giữ và tôn tạo đặc biệt để đảm bảo một môi trường sống trong lành, thư thái. Dự án được quy hoạch trải dài ôm gọn theo sân Golf Đà Lạt và hướng ra hồ Xuân Hương thơ mộng. Toàn bộ dự án bao gồm 83 biệt thự đơn lập hoặc song lập, 32 nhà phố liền kề, 450 căn hộ cao cấp, 3 khách sạn ba sao và năm sao. Dự án sau khi hoàn thành sẽ mang đến cho trung tâm thành phố Đà Lạt một không gian sống đáng mơ ước với những tiên nghi cao cấp, giao thông thuận tiện, cảnh quan tuyệt đẹp, môi trường tươi mát trong lành. Tổng thời gian thực hiện dự án dự kiến là 10 năm, từ năm 2008 đến năm 2018.
Dự án được quy hoạch thiết kế bởi H.O.K Planning - một trong những đơn vị thiết kế kiến trúc quy hoạch uy tín trên thế giới. Trungnam Dalat Land mong rằng dự án Golf Valley sẽ trở thành một điểm nhấn khác biệt trong không gian quy hoạch kiến trúc tổng thể của khu vực trung tâm thành phố Đà Lạt gồm hồ Xuân Hương, sân Golf Đà Lạt.
