Khách đồng ý đặt phòng, lễ tân sẽ phân phòng, báo cho bộ phận Housekeeping chuẩn bị phòng, báo cho quầy bar mang nước lên cho khách và tiến hành làm thủ tục đăng kí phòng, tạo chìa khóa phòng cho khách.
