2.3.3. Tình hình quản lý ngân sách xã trên địa bàn huyện Ba Vì, thành phố Hà Nộigiai đoạn (2002-2004)
Thực hiện phân cấp quản lý ngân sách xã theo Luật NSNN, công tác quản lý ngân sách xã trên địa bàn huyện Ba Vì, thành phố Hà Nộiđã bước đầu đạt được những kết quả khả quan.
