Topic 2Memory is a very important aspect of our life. Especially for us college student, when we have to pass all of those exams and tests. Aware of this, i always try to improve my memories and along the way, i have found some very useful tricks that i'd like to share with you right now. First, you have to give your brain enough time to remember a ton of information, like when studying for an exam. All too often, we try to cramp too many things the night before, then in the morning we forget them all. The more effective way is spreading them out in a couple days, studying in the morning when we're fully concious, and getting enough sleep at night. Second, you can use memory improving methods such as flash cards, associate information/number with pictures or events that is more familiar, may be create rhymes, a poem, or a song, ...Third, exercise. It may sounds irrelavent, but if you are healthy, you remember things better. Maybe because you have more blood pumping into the brain, or simply it's just a state of mind. Here are a few methods that i have used and found helpful, try it out and maybe they will help you too.
