-Manages and operates all activities of personnel administration;-Advised the Board of Directors of the organizational human resources policies, employment, policy management compensation, benefits, training and development of human resources of the company.-The planned employment guarantees to meet the needs of the company.-Manage, oversee the Organization of administrative clerical; manage and implement the system of salary, bonus.-Participate in building and monitoring the implementation of the regulations of the company;-Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.-Detailed work will discuss further in the interview process.
