13.1 Thời gian làm việc hàng ngày t

13.1 Thời gian làm việc hàng ngày tại tòa nhà theo hợp đồng này được xác định như sau:
- Thứ Hai đến thứ Sáu: từ 7h30 đến17h30
- Thứ Bảy : từ 7h30 đến 12h00
- Chủ nhật và những ngày Lễ theo quy định của nhà nước: nghỉ
13.2 Trường hợp Bên B có nhu cầu, chế độ làm việc ngoài giờ quy định thì phải thông báo trước bằng văn bản cho Bên A biết để có thỏa thuận cụ thể.
13.3 Mọi yêu cầu làm việc ngoài giờ quy định sẽ phát sinh chi phí, phí làm việc ngoài giờ của tòa nhà được tính như sau: 10USD/giờ/công ty (Chưa VAT) (đối với diện tích thuê  1 tầng ). Nếu thuê nhiều tầng thì sẽ nhân hệ số là số tầng mà công ty thuê.
