Xác định và đánh giá mức độ tác độn

Xác định và đánh giá mức độ tác động của cấu trúc vốn đến hiệu quả hoạt động của doanh nghiệp là một chủ đề quan trọng, thu hút được sự quan tâm của các doanh nhà quản trị doanh nghiệp cũng như các nhà nghiên cứu khoa học.
Mục tiêu của tác giả trong nghiên cứu này là xem xét tác động của cấu trúc vốn đến hiệu quả hoạt động của doanh nghiệp niêm yết trên thị trường chứng khoán Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
Mô hình và giả thuyết nghiên cứu được xây dựng dựa trên cơ sở lý luận về cấu trúc vốn, các yếu tố tác động đến hiện quả hoạt động của doanh nghiệp và một số nghiên cứu có liên quan. Nghiên cứu sử dụng số liệu của 70 doanh nghiệp niêm yết trên sàn chứng khoán Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Các số liệu được truy xuất từ báo cáo tài chính của các doanh nghiệp trong kỳ nghiên cứu từ 2009 – 2014. Tác giả sử dụng phần mềm Eviews 7 để xử lý dữ liệu.
Kết quả nghiên cứu của tác giả cũng phù hợp với một số kết quả nghiên cứu có liên quan. Dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu, tác giả đã đề xuất một vài kiến nghị nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của cá doanh nghiệp.

Identify and assess the extent of the impact of the capital structure to the performance of the business is an important topic, attracted the attention of business executives as well as scientific researchers.The author's aim in this study is to review the impact of capital structure to the performance of the enterprises listed on the stock market in Ho Chi Minh City.Models and research hypotheses are built based on the theory of capital structure, the impact factor of the current business and some related research. The study uses figures of 70 businesses listed on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange. The data is retrieved from the financial report of enterprises in the period of research from 2009-2014. The author using Eviews 7 software to handle the data.The author's research results are also consistent with some of the results of relevant research. Based on the results of research, the author has proposed several recommendations aimed at improving the performance of the business.
