Là nơi thờ Nông Thống Lang (Nông Thống Lệnh) người có công dẹp giặc an dân. Ông sống dưới triều nhà Nguyễn - Tự Đức Hoàng Đế (1848-1883) niên hiệu Tự Đức). Đền được xây dựng là một ngôi nhà cấp 4, ngay trong khu dân cư, xung quanh đền không có không gian riêng.
Đền thờ đã được xếp hạng di tích lịch sử cấp tỉnh theo Quyết định số 2820/QĐ-Uỷ Ban Nhân Dân -VX ngày 25/12/2011.
