Kèm với việc niêm yết công khai trên web và theo quy định của NHNN, UBCKNN, MB đã thiết lập kênh thông tin và hoàn thiện cơ chế nội bộ về chăm sóc khách hàng. Theo đó, việc tiếp nhận, xử lý, phản ảnh kiến nghị của khách hàng đối với các sản phẩm dịch vụ của ngân hàng đều được ghi nhận, theo dõi và giải quyết kịp thời, không để xảy ra tình trạng khiếu nại lại.
