Ngày na, khi đời sống của con người đã được cải thiện một cách đáng kể thì du lịch trở thành một nhu cầu tất yếu của mỗi người. Xuất phát từ ý nghĩa đó mà hầu hết các quốc gia đều cố gắng phát triển du lịch thành một nền kinh tế mũi nhọn.
Việt Nam là một nước có rất nhiều điều kiện thuận lợi để có thể phát triển du lịch như: có khí hậu ôn hoà, có tài nguyên thiên nhiên phong phú, thắng cảnh đẹp, con người Việt Nam thân thiện cởi mở. Nhưng đó chỉ là điều kiện cần để phát triển du lịch nếu muốn có điều kiện đủ thì du lịch Việt Nam cần phải nâng cao cơ sở vật chất kỹ thuật phục vụ du lịch tại các điểm đến để có sự thu hút khách nội địa cũng như khách quốc tế nhiều hơn. Chính cơ sở vật chất kỹ thuật là một trong những yếu tố quan trọng để phát triển du lịch, để cạnh tranh du lịch với các nước trong khu vực và quốc tế. Nếu chúng ta có điều kiện cơ sở vật chất kỹ thuật phục vụ du lịch tốt, có tài nguyên thiên nhiên đẹp sẽ là một điểm đến lý tưởng cho du khách. Nắm bắt được thực tế đó nhà nghỉ Phong Nha – Quảng Bình nói riêng và du lịch Việt Nam nói chung đã và đang tự hoàn thiện mình để đi lên mặc dù phía trước còn rất nhiều khó khăn nhưng em tin rằng du lịch Việt Nam sẽ phát triển mạnh mẽ trong một tương lai không xa và chính du lịch sẽ đưa đất nước, con người Việt Nam ra giới thiệu với thế giới và đưa thế giới đến với Việt Nam.
Đây là bản báo cáo em thực hiện sau chuyến đi thực tế Hà Nội – Phong Nha – Huế do trường Đại học Dân lập Phương đông và Khoa Quản trị kinh doanh tổ chức cho sinh viên lớp 744 – Quản trị du lịch, với sự giúp đỡ của các thầy cô giáo trong khoa.
Mặc dù đã tham khảo nhiều sách báo và ý kiến của thầy cô, bạn bè song bài viết của em không tránh khỏi những thiếu sót. Em mong nhận được ý kiến đóng góp của thầy cô để bài báo cáo của em được hoàn thiện hơn.
Em xin chân thành cảm ơn các thầy cô giáo trong Khoa quản trị kinh doanh và đặc biệt là tiến sỹ Nguyễn Văn Mạnh cùng cô giáo chủ nhiệm Phạm Hồng Phương đã tạo điều kiện cho chúng em thực hiện chuyến đi này.

Comes from the sense that most of the countries are trying to develop tourism into a cutting-edge economy.Vietnam is a country with a lot of favorable conditions to develop tourism as: moderate climate, have rich natural resources, beautiful landscapes, people-friendly Vietnam open. But that's just the conditions needed to develop tourism if like to have enough conditions then travel Vietnam need to enhance technical facilities serving tourism in the destination to attract the domestic as well as international guests. The main technical facility is one of the important factors for the development of tourism, to compete with other countries in the region and internationally. If we have conditions of technical facility good travel service, has beautiful natural resources would be an ideal destination for visitors. Capture the fact that Decent Motel-Quang Binh in particular and Vietnam tourism in General and improve themselves to go up despite the many difficulties still ahead but I believe that Vietnam travel will grow strongly in a not so distant future and will put the country tourism Vietnam introduces people to the world and bring the world to come to Vietnam.This is the report I made later trips to Hanoi-Hue-Decent by the Oriental University School and the Faculty of business administration organized for students of class 744-tourism management, with the help of the teachers in the faculty.Although many books and opinions of teachers, friends of em article song inevitable shortcomings.
