Căn cứ vào quyết định số 227/QĐ-NH5

Căn cứ vào quyết định số 227/QĐ-NH5 ngày 1/12/1993 của thống đốc NHNNVN

ban hành “Quy định về việc mở và chấm dứt họat động phòng giao dịch thuộc

NHTMCP”.

Căn cứ vào tờ trình số 348/EIB ngày 27/11/1996 của chủ tịch hội đồng quản trị NH

TMCP XNK xin lập phòng giao dịch Chợ Lớn.

Giám đốc NHNN TP.HCM chấp thuận cho phép NHTMCP XNK được thành lập,

trụ sở chính tại số 07 Lê Thị Hồng Gấm, Quận 1, TP.HCM, giấy phép hoạt động số

0011/NH-CP ngày 06/04/1992 do thống đốc NHNN cấp , được phép mở phòng giao

dịch. Bắt đầu có hiệu lực ngày 7/12/1996 do ông Ngyễn Văn Trữ ký.
