*Phương pháp thu thập dữ liệu thứ cấp
Quy trình thu thập dữ liệu thứ cấp gồm 4 bước sau:
Bước 1: Xác định vấn đề nghiên cứu
Tiến hành nghiên cứu về thực trạng CLDV tại Nhà hàng KFC Big C Miền Đông, do đó cần tìm hiểu tất cả các dữ liệu liên quan đến CLDV ăn uống ở đây.
Bước 2: Xác định loại dữ liệu cần thu thập
Loại dữ liệu cần thu thập đó là: các hệ thống thực đơn trong nhà hàng, các quy trình phục vụ sẵn có, bộ tiêu chuẩn sẵn có trong nhà hàng, khách sạn.
Bước 3: Xác định nguồn thu thập
Nguồn thu thập dữ liệu: dữ liệu được lấy trực tiếp từ bộ phận nhà hàng, ngoài ra còn thông qua các nguồn khác như internet, báo, tạp chí.
Bước 4: Thu thập dữ liệu
Căn cứ vào các nguồn trên để thu thập các dữ liệu cần thiết.
