II. Cách phát các loại BP - BK
1. Phát bưu phẩm bưu kiện.
- Việc phát hành các loại bưu phẩm bưu kiện có ba cách:
+ Phát tại địa chỉ (đối với bưu phẩm thường).
+ Phát tại quầy giao dịch.
+ Qua hộp thư lưu ký.
- Phát tại giao dịch bưu phẩm ghi số và bưu kiện:
+ Lập phiếu phát BC18( BDD13, BĐ2cũ ) . Các phiếu phát được đánh số thứ tự, số thứ tự của phiếu phát được ghi lên BP-BK.
+ Lập phiếu mời nhận BP-BK BC10( BĐ28, BK7cũ ) , trên phiếu mời phải ghi rõ tên , địa chỉ, người nhận , số liệu của bưu phẩm , ký tên và đóng dấu.
+ Ghi họ tên địa chỉ người nhận lên phong bì chứa giấy mời để giao cho bưu tá đi phát.
-Khi phát cho người nhận giao dịch viên phải:
+ Đối chiếu giữa bưu phẩm , bưu kiện với giấy mời nhận.
+ Giao bưu phẩm bưu kiện cho người nhận.
+ Giấy mời nhận bưu phẩm bưu kiện đính kèm với phiếu phát.
