During this time, I actually have plenty of hands-on experience as well as explore the company's working environment.I was working as a salesman of the company. At first, I was only given a few simple exercises such as clean, and sort the material specified in the right place; However, I had to learn how to organize the material in the right place easily seen, and remember to name each type of material, because, for me to know and format it in a short time is truly too difficult. Sometimes when I transfer materials from the sales department to other departments such as accounting, shipping room, etc etc (this depends on who has the transfer or document for me). In addition, I also help cover shipping materials cover packages to the car to customers, or papers, address, house number, to freight transport Division provides the fastest. In particular, everyone in my company had reported the work of the Director after a day's work, so I always arrange and store the daily reports of the staff.The next day the practice advances, I was assigned to operate more and more at first, this makes me feel more pressure. I had to note each type of material, refer to the consumer about the product, or when the customer to purchase the material it is often said that the material name and I forced myself to remember the shape it how money and how much. Because I work in a sales department, so I often come into contact with clients including the easy-going, funny, and also met some difficult sales job so difficult; and sometimes served water and tea for the Manager of the company and guess ... etc.However; I have faced many difficulties at first: I don't know how here to remember all the tools, materials and money of it. I also do not know properly arranged and put in place by management to specify. Almost everything was strange to me. I also realized that everything that I learned in school is different with the practice, but I can use that knowledge to support future work. One more thing, I've been very embarrassing to fear when taking the wrong map for the customers, and I even said to the wrong the whole money of that material, so it is a difficult challenge that I needed to overcome. Also I have many mistakes constantly at work, I felt that I had many weaknesses that need to be improved and learnt from practical work and co-workers. On the other hand, when I made a mistake I'll never have that mistake again and gradually perfect themselves. Through this practice, I realized that I needed to add more knowledge such as selling skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, memorization skills ... etc and this practice is a change for me to raise some of the skills that I lack
