- tiền thuế cho thuê nhà theo quy định của Pháp luật, khoản thuế này do bên B tự liên hệ làm thủ tục và nộp thay cho bên A.
- Trong 2 năm đầu tiên, tư ngày 02/01/2016 đến hết ngày 02/01/2018, tiền nhà cố định hàng tháng là 30.000.000 VND/ tháng
- giá thuê nhà trên được giữ ổn định trong 2 năm đầu tiên của hợp đồng, từ năm thứ ba trở đi giá thuê nhà sẽ tăng không quá 10%
- các kỳ thanh toán tiếp theo chậm nhất sẽ là 5 ngày đầu kỳ của kỳ thanh toán tiếp theo.
