8.1. Hợp đồng này được hiểu và chịu

8.1. Hợp đồng này được hiểu và chịu sự điều chỉnh của Pháp luật nước Cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.
8.2. Hai bên cam kết thực hiện tất cả những điều khoản đã cam kết trong hợp đồng. Bên nào vi phạm hợp đồng gây thiệt hại cho bên kia (trừ trong trường hợp bất khả kháng) thì phải bồi thường toàn bộ thiệt hại xảy ra và chịu phạt vi phạm hợp đồng bằng …% giá trị hợp đồng tại thời điểm đó.
