ĐIỀU 5. HÌNH THỨC, GIÁ TRỊ HỢP ĐỒNG, TẠM ỨNG VÀ THANH TOÁN:
1. Hình thức hợp đồng: Hợp đồng trọn gói không phát sinh tăng / giảm.
2. Giá trị hợp đồng:
Tổng giá trị của hợp đồng trước thuế là : 300,778,000.VND
VAT10% : 30,077,800 .VND
Tổng giá trị HĐ sau thuế là : 330,855,800.VND
(Bằng chữ: Ba trăm ba mươi triệu , tám trăm năm mươi lăm ngàn , tám trăm Việt Nam đồng )
Chi tiết theo Hồ sơ báo giá số: BG01/VN-EPIC/2016 ngày 15 tháng 08 năm 2016 mà bên A đã phê duyệt, hồ sơ báo giá này là văn bản không thể thiếu của hợp đồng.
3. Tạm ứng và thanh toán: Bên A thanh toán cho bên B bằng chuyển khoản, chia làm các đợt như sau:
- Đợt 1: Khi hợp đồng được hai bên ký kết, bên A sẽ tạm ứng cho bên B 20% giá trị hợp đồng , tương đương với số tiền: trong vòng 05 ngày kể từ ngày hai bên ký hợp đồng, nhân được đề nghị thanh toán
- Đợt 2: Bên A thanh toán tiếp cho bên B 50% giá trị hợp đồng tương đương với số tiền : trong vòng 05 ngày khi bên B tập kết vật tư điện tới công trình.
- Đợt 3: Bên A thanh toán tiếp cho bên B 25% giá trị hợp đồng tương đương với số tiền : trong vòng 10 khi bên B bàn giao công trình cho bên A và đưa công trình vào sử dụng
- Đợt 4: Bên A thanh toán tiếp cho bên B số tiền bảo hành 5% giá trị hợp đồng tương đương với số tiền : trong vòng 10 khi hai bên kết thúc bảo hành công trình.
4. Đồng tiền dùng trong thanh toán: Thanh toán bằng đồng tiền Việt Nam (VNĐ).
