 Hoạt động kinh doanh ngân hàng: là hoạt động chủ lực. Bắc Á bank thực hiện khá đầy đủ các nghiệp vụ kinh doanh ngân hàng như huy động tiền gửi cả bằng VNĐ và ngoại tệ, cấp tín dụng cho cá nhân và tổ chức, hoạt động ngoại hối, tài trợ ngoại thương, chuyển tiền, thanh toán trong nước và quốc tế, thanh toán thẻ, internet & SMS banking……
 Hoạt động đầu tư & tư vấn đầu tư: là điểm đặc biệt của ngân hàng Bắc Á. Với tiêu chí tạo ra giá trị cốt lõi cho mình và cho xã hội, ngân hàng Bắc Á chọn mục tiêu tư vấn, đầu tư vào các dự án xanh, sạch, cải thiện chất lượng cuộc sống, môi trường sống và gửi thông điệp đến tương lai:
• Dự án bò sữa TH true milk: bắt đầu từ tháng 12/2010 tại Nghệ An, là dự án đầu tư mới mẻ, tâm huyết của ban lãnh đạo Bắc Á. Với quy trình công nghệ chăn nuôi bò sữa bằng máy móc hiện đại, tạo ra sản phẩm sữa sạch TH true milk hoàn toàn từ dòng sữa bò nguyên chất. Dự án góp phần phát triển kinh tế nông thôn, tạo ra việc làm và thu nhập cho hơn 5000 người lao động.
• Dự án khu đô thị sinh thái học: gồm việc xây dựng bệnh viện, trung tâm điều dưỡng, khu resort spa sinh thái cao cấp, trường đại học Phủ Quỳ đào tạo về y khoa và nông nghiệp….
• Dự án dược liệu sạch và nhà máy chiết xuất tại Nghệ An để nghiên cứu, sản xuất thực phẩm chức năng, thuốc, spa cùng dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe. Nhà máy dùng phần lớn các nguyên liệu từ thiên nhiên.
