Vấn đề cần giải quyết: Làng nghề truyền thống sản xuất giấy Zó ngày càng bị mai một, DNXH Zó vừa thành lập còn gặp nhiều khó khăn trong phân phối sản phẩm và mở rộng thị trường.
Giải pháp thực hiện:
Hoạt động của dự án xoay quanh mảng kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp Zó Project, với mục tiêu nâng cao doanh số cho các sản phẩm của doanh nghiệp. Dự án ZEP cụ thể tham gia 3 mảng hoạt động: nghiên cứu tổng quan thị trường đồ lưu niệm và khách du lịch, mở rộng và quản lí kênh phân phối kí gửi của Zó, xúc tiến tìm hiểu kênh phân phối công ty du lịch.
Những kết quả đạt được:
• Hoàn thành 2 đợt khảo sát thị trường.
• Đánh giá và đề xuất công cụ nhận diện sản phẩm cho doanh nghiệp cho bộ phận thiết kế.
• Đem lại doanh thu hơn 6.000.000 VNĐ qua 2 hội chợ Vintage Fair và Urban Flea Market.
• Bàn giao 2 điểm ký gửi liên hệ thành công cho sản phẩm sổ của doanh nghiệp.
