3.1.4. Bên A không được tự ý mang vật tư và tài sản thuộc sở hữu của khách sạn ra ngoài khách sạn mà chưa được sự đồng ý của nhân viên hoặc quản lý khách sạn.
3.1.5. Phải trả đủ tiền thuê phòng đúng kỳ hạn như đã thỏa thuận.
