Giám đốc.

• Là người đại diện cho Ngân hàng Nông nghiệp quyết định những vấn đề về tổ chức, cán bộ và đào tạo.

• Được ký các hợp đồng: Tín dụng, bảo đảm tiền vay và hợp đồng khác liên quan đến hoạt động kinh doanh ngân hàng theo quy định.

• Đại diện cho ngân hàng nông nghiệp trong ký kết hợp đồng, đăng ký giao dịch đảm bảo và giải quyết các khiếu nại, tranh chấp (nếu có) theo ủy quyền của Tổng giám đốc.

• Chấp hành chế độ giao ban thường xuyên; lập báo cáo định kỳ, đột xuất theo chế độ quy định gửi về ngân hàng nông nghiệp.

• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do Chủ tịch Hội đồng quản trị hoặc Tổng giám đốc giao.
