HỢP ĐỒNG KINH TẾ
ĐIỀU 3: PHƯƠNG THỨC THANH TOÁN
Thanh toán bằng chuyển khoản, chia thành 02 đợt như sau:
+ Đợt 1: Bên A tạm ứng cho Bên B 50% giá trị HỢP ĐỒNG ngay sau khi ký kết hợp đồng.
+ Đợt 2: Bên A thanh toán số tiền còn lại 50% giá trị HỢP ĐỒNG sau 10 ngày kể từ khi Bên B hoàn tất công tác lập hồ sơ Báo cáo chất lượng môi trường định kỳ 06 tháng đầu năm 2015 và Phân tích chất lượng môi trường quý I/2015 cho bên A.
ĐIỀU 4: THỜI GIAN THỰC HIỆN HỢP ĐỒNG
Thời gian hoàn tất toàn bộ hồ sơ theo hợp đồng là 15 ngày làm việc được tính từ khi Bên A cung cấp đầy đủ các số liệu và thông tin cần thiết cho Bên B.
ĐIỀU 5: CƠ SỞ ĐỂ NGHIỆM THU
Trong thời hạn 15 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày Bên A cung cấp đầy đủ các số liệu và thông tin cần thiết cho Bên B, Bên B có nghĩa vụ giao cho Bên A các hồ sơ và giấy tờ sau:
+ Một (01) bộ hồ sơ Báo cáo giám sát chất lượng môi trường sáu tháng đầu năm 2015 do Bên B lập đã được đóng dấu thẩm định và phê duyệt.
+ Một (01) bộ phân tích kết quả mẫu chất lượng môi trường quý I năm 2015.
ĐIỀU 6: TRÁCH NHIỆM CỦA MỖI BÊN
- Trách nhiệm của Bên A :
+ Đảm bảo cung cấp kịp thời và đầy đủ cho Bên B toàn bộ hồ sơ, tài liệu cần thiết có liên quan.
+ Phối hợp và tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho Bên B trong quá trình làm hồ sơ.
+ Thanh toán cho Bên B theo đúng Điều 3 của Hợp đồng.
- Trách nhiệm của Bên B :
+ Lập và ký biên bản giao nhận hồ sơ và tài liệu với Bên A
+ Hoàn thành hồ sơ trọn bộ hồ sơ cho Bên A đúng với tiến độ và nội dung mà hai bên đã thống nhất.
+ Phối hợp với Bên A trong quá trình viết báo cáo để đạt được yêu cầu mong muốn.
ĐIỀU 7: BẢO MẬT
- Bên B phải lưu giữu chặt chẽ, cẩn mật bất cứ thông tin kỹ thuật và tài liệu nào do Bên A cung cấp, cũng như các tài liệu, thông tin có liên quan khác do Bên B thực hiện theo hợp đồng tuân theo các quy chế bảo mật của Nhà nước Việt Nam.
- Bên B phải có sự cho phép của Bên A trước khi công bố, phát hành công khai các thông báo có liên quan đến hợp đồng này.
ĐIỀU 8: TRANH CHẤP VÀ GIẢI QUYẾT TRANH CHẤP
- Trong thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng, nếu có những khó khăn phát sinh, hai bên sẽ họp để tìm biện pháp giải quyết thỏa đáng trên cơ sở hiểu biết lẫn nhau và cùng có lợi.
- Mọi tranh chấp hợp đồng (nếu có) không thể giải quyết được bằng sự thỏa thuận của hai bên thì sự việc chanh chấp sẽ được đưa ra xét xử tại Tòa Kinh tế.
- Hai Bên cam kết thực hiện tốt các điều khoản đã ký trong hợp đồng.
- Hợp đồng được lập thành 04 bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau, Bên A giữ 02 bản, Bên B giữ 02 bản.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

ECONOMIC AGREEMENT
ARTICLE 3: PAYMENT

ARTICLE 4: DURATION OF IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 5: BASIS FOR ACCEPTANCE
Within 15 working days from the date Party A provides a full range of data and information necessary to Party B, Party B is obliged to deliver to Party A and records the following papers:

ARTICLE 6: LIABILITY OF EACH PARTY
- Responsibilities of Party A:
+ Ensuring timely and adequate to Party B all dossiers and documents Related needed.
+ Coordinate and create favorable conditions for party B during your records.
+ Payments to Party B in accordance with Article 3 of the Agreement.
- Responsibilities of Party B:
+ Prepare and sign Handing over records and documents to Party A

ARTICLE 7: CONFIDENTIALITY
- Party B to the storage of the strict confidentiality of any technical information and documents provided by Party A, as well as documents and relevant information others by Party B shall comply with the contract to comply with the security regulations of the State of Vietnam.
- Party B must have the permission of Party A before the announcement, issuing public notices relating to this contract.
ARTICLE 8: DISPUTES AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- During contract implementation, if any difficulties arise, both parties will meet to find satisfactory solutions on the basis of mutual understanding and mutual benefit.
- Any dispute of contract (if any) can not be resolved by the agreement of both parties, the matter will be given lemon approved in the Economic Court Trial.
- The Parties commit to implement good terms in contracts signed.
- The contract is made ​​in 04 copies of the same legal value, Party A keeps 02 copies, Party B 02 copies.
