3.1 GIAI ĐOẠN CHUẨN BỊ XÂY DỰNG CÔNG TRÌNH:
- Thông báo về nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn của các cá nhân trong hệ thống tổ chức Tư vấn giám sát cho các Nhà thầu và các bên có liên quan biết để phối hợp thực hiện.
- Kiểm tra hồ sơ thiết kế, các bản chỉ dẫn kỹ thuật được duyệt và đối chiếu với hiện trường, đề xuất với Chủ đầu tư phương án giải quyết những tồn tại trong thiết kế (nếu có).
- Kiểm tra sự phù hợp năng lực của nhà thầu thi công với hồ sơ dự thầu và hợp đồng xây dựng bao gồm:
+ Nhân lực, thiết bị thi công của Nhà thầu đưa vào công trình.
+ Hệ thống quản lý chất lượng của Nhà thầu trên công trình.
+ Giấy chứng nhận kiểm định thiết bị thi công, vật tư có yêu cầu về an toàn trên công trình.
+ Năng lực của đơn vị thí nghiệm: Giấy phép, chứng chỉ thí nghiệm viên, máy và dụng cụ thí nghiệm.
