Sau thời gian này, Bên A vẫn không khắc phục, Bên B có quyền đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng và Bên A phải hoàn trả toàn bộ tiền thuê cho thời gian thuê còn lại và chịu phạt 8% giá trị hợp đồng.
