- My name Phan Thi Lan Phuong - Deputy dean of the College of Teachers Can Tho. Can Tho City;
- My major is psychology and pedagogy;
- our school now has seven faculties and departments:

As a passionate educational career, I am very pleased to be attending a talk by Professor Garrett Thomson for "Problem child person-centered as well as the basic principles of education that puts the learner-centered ". This issue has been very focused on myself in recent years. I realize that this is an educational perspective put human values-centered, where the teacher and the school environment and create favorable conditions for learners to connect, cooperation, initiative, achievement pole in learning, designing learning objectives as well as self-selection methods to achieve the objectives set out.

3. Background:
On the level of awareness, argument on this issue is not new to me, but to apply it in practical education and training in Vietnam in general and me in particular cases is not less difficult.
