Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required and labour involved;
-Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involves liaising with architects, engineers and subcontractors.
-Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities;
-Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors;
-Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure;
-Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account;
-Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.

* Education :
-Vietnamese with University Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer or equivalent;
-Fluent in both English and Vietnamese;
-Basic Engineering knowledge
-Ability to read Architectural and Engineering drawings
-Excellent computer knowledge in Auto CAD, Etabs, SAP, Microsoft Office

* Experience :
-Minimum 3 years working experience in in quantity surveying;
-Working experience in foreign company is preferred;
Intermediate knowledge of software programs for commercial requirements.
-Self motivated, analytical, detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
-Able to work independently and under high pressure in a team spirit.

*Skills :
-Commercial awareness – an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project
-Able to work independently and in team;
-Honest, hard-working, active and creative; Responsible, quick-learning;
-Good at solving problem;
-Good at time management skills to meet deadlines.
