Đối với số Tiền Đặt cọc nhỏ hơn hoặc bằng 30% Tổng giá trị Căn Hộ thì số tiền Bên A được hưởng 100% Tiền Đặt cọc; đối với số Tiền Đặt cọc trên 30% Tổng giá trị Căn Hộ, Bên A được hưởng 30% Tiền Đặt cọc.
