Tôi tin rằng khi nói đến leadership thì phương pháp tiếp cận và làm việc với đồng nghiệp đồng cấp là rất quan trọng. Với nhiệm vụ đầu tiên mà tôi được giao với vai trò phụ trách chính, tôi phụ trách một nhóm tư vấn viên gồm 3 người là một thử thách lớn đối với tôi. Trong khi tôi vẫn là một cán bộ khoa truyền thông, vẫn phải thực hiện các công việc thường quy của khoa thì tôi phải làm việc tại cơ sở mmt bán thời gian. khó khăn nhất của tôi đó là việc phải vận hành một phòng tư vấn gồm 3 người mà những người còn lại đều có tuổi đời, kinh nghiệm và kỹ năng về tư vấn và truyền thông cao hơn tôi.
