 Tạo khách hàng mới
o Chọn “tạo mới”
o Nhập mã khách hàng ( những mã chưa sử dụng)
o Nhập thông tin : tên, địa chỉ , số điện thoại
o Nếu là Khách Vip để giảm giá cho khách hàng, khai báo mã thẻ giảm giá vào (nếu có phát hành thẻ Vip thì mã thẻ giảm giá của KH sẽ là mã thẻ mà KH đang giữ, nếu không thì có thể nhập mã tự chọn để quản lý, mã khách hàng và mã thẻ giảm giá có thể trùng nhau)
o Nhập % giảm giá cho mã thẻ
o Ghi nhận: để ghi chú lại thông tin ngoài liên quan đến khách hàng (VD: ngày sinh, sở thích về ẩm thực, mail…..) để phục vụ cho việc chăm sóc KH.
o Chọn “cập nhật” để xác nhận
 Thay đổi thông tin khách hàng
o Chọn khách hàng
o Thay đổi thông tin : tên, địa chỉ , số điện thoại….
o Nhấn nút cập nhật để xác nhận
 Xóa thông tin KH
o Chọn KH cần thao tác
o Chọn lệnh xóa
 Tìm kiếm
o Chọn lệnh “tìm kiếm” và “bỏ tìm”, để ô nhập thông tin tìm kiếm trống hoàn toàn
o Nhập thông tin cần tìm vào các ô tương ứng
o Thông tin nào không cần tìm thì để trống
o Nhấn nút Tìm để hiển thị kết quả
o Nhấn nút Bỏ Tìm để hiển thị lại danh sách khách hàng
