Phương pháp phân tích thống kê mô t

Phương pháp phân tích thống kê mô tả được sử dụng nhằm phân tích thực trạng văn hóa doanh nghiệp và đánh giá mức độ cam kết gắn bó của người lao động Công ty Cổ phần Dược phẩm Cửu Long. Để xác định yếu tố nào của văn hóa doanh nghiệp, tính cách cá nhân có tác động mạnh đến cam kết gắn bó, tác giả đã thực hiện các bước: kiểm định độ tin cậy của thang đo văn hóa doanh nghiệp, tính cách cá nhân và sự cam kết gắn bó bằng hệ số Cronbach’Alpha; loại các biến không đạt chuẩn và gom nhóm nhân tố bằng phương pháp phân tích nhân tố khám phá EFA, cuối cùng là phương pháp phân tích hồi quy tuyến tính bội.
